before you can start creating a profile and organizing your trading items you must give us permission to access to your apps, camera, and search browser, then verify your identity by sending in a photo of your I.D and snaping a clear image of yourself on the app, with our facial recognition system.

We don’t want user to feel safe, but be safe. Everything on the site pushes user to be as transparent as possible. We recommend to only trade with people who have a pinned video of themselves stating their user name and saying the date the video was made. This transparency is important in letting others know you can be trusted as well.

when listing items on our app you can post images or videos of the items, we recommend all listing include some kind of indication of your username and the date posted in the image or video, this also show 100% transparency.(
Messaging is like any other app, but we block certain key words and lettering, such as addresses, phone number, meet ups, and social media handles. We do this to keep all user safe and keep messaging within our app.
Trade conformation will show up in messenger once both user come to an agreement within the messages area of the user being messaged. A button called “Lock in!” will pop up, that allows the user to confirm if the trade is accurate, once its locked in the other user must confirm if the lock in is correct. Remember 100% transparency.
When the “Lock in!” has been confirmed from both user shipping QR codes will be sent to each user. We do allow you to print your own label if you wish, and once the first person has shipped off their item the other user has 24 hours to ship their item off or the trade will be canceled.
if the item you received is not the same item, please notify us through the app asap. All recordings, images, messages, even deleted we have access to from our archive system that backs up all user information in the case of thief and scamming We won’t be able to get you another item. But will provide information for legal reasonings, if needed.
if you want the safest way to trade, signing up for Vaulted Trades, which is a 16 dollar charge from both user, which has both users shipping the packages to our factory to inspect if the items are both what they claim, if process is clear we send items to the respected user.
